Tamturbo Plc (“Tamturbo”) announces appointment and determines certain roles and
responsibilities within its executive management, as part of accelerating the company’s
growth path and in strengthening the company’s product management, service business and
operational execution.
Hannu Heinonen has been appointed Executive Vice President (EVP) of Tamturbo. In this
role, Hannu will continue to be responsible for the company’s Americas Business Area. He
will further now assume the responsibility of developing Global Key Accounts, and in leading
deal conversion while strengthening the sales organization’s capabilities and commercial
execution, together with the company’s other Business Area VP’s.
Antti Kaura, who currently acts as the interim CEO of Tamturbo, will continue in his previous
role as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the company, as per August 3rd when Tamturbo’s
new CEO will start in his position. In this capacity Antti, will be responsible for the company’s
product offering: including product management, product development and sourcing; its
service business, technical support and commissioning; and the firm’s production and testing
operations. In this role, he will drive product competitiveness, the development of a scalable,
customer-oriented service business and tech support; and deliver on operational efficiency.
Tamturbo management team members are Hannu Heinonen (EVP and Head of Business Area:
Americas), Igor Nagaev (VP and Head of Central and Southern Europe and Middle East), Timo
Sihvo (VP and Head of Asia Pacific and Northern Europe), Antti Kaura (COO), Jussi Isotalo
(Head of Digital Technology) and Aleksi Klasila (CFO). All management team members report
directly to the CEO, ensuring clear accountability and alignment across markets.

Tamturbo’s new CEO, Janne Leinonen, will begin in his role on August 3rd.
