TAMTURBO OYJ:N YLIMÄÄRÄISEN YHTIÖKOKOUKSEN PERUUTTAMINEN

Tamturbo Oyj:n hallitus on päättänyt peruuttaa torstaille 9.3.2023 koolle kutsutun ylimääräisen yhtiökokouksen.

Hallitus kutsuu koolle uuden ylimääräisen yhtiökokouksen tarvittaessa.

CANCELLATION OF TAMTURBO OYJ’S EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

The Board of Directors of Tamturbo Oyj has resolved to cancel the Extraordinary General Meeting that was summoned to be held on Thursday 9 March 2023.

The Board of Directors will summon a new Extraordinary General Meeting if needed.
