Rod comes with years of experience from the industry, and he has worked in regional sales roles as well as managed sales teams of multiple people. He has experience from working for compressor manufacturers and channel partners (distributors). We are also pleased to welcome Mazen El Hage to the team as Business Development Director for the Middle East. Mazen brings over 15 years of experience in Sales and Business Development, with strong GCC and MENA expertise across the packaging and capital equipment sectors, serving FMCG (food and non-food) and industrial markets. He has extensive experience acting as a key liaison between local operations and global organizations, alongside a proven track record in market expansion, channel and partner development, strategic key account management, and the delivery of high-performance, sustainable solutions.
